Orthotic Testimonial

Hello my name is Erica and I am a patient of Dr. John Rose. I have had jaw pain, neck pain, and very bad migraines as far as I can remember. I get very bad dizzy spells, my jaw pops and clicks which is very painful. I grind my teeth very very bad, and have done a lot of damage to them because of this. I cant sleep, and if I open to wide my jaw locks. I’ve been suffering for a while with these symptoms and at times its unbearable. After my braces came off the dentist gave me an appliance as a retainer and told me it would also help with jaw pain but I’ve had no relief. My mom is a new patient of Dr. Rose’s and told me I had to seem him, that she was confident he would be able to help me. Dr. Rose specializes in Neuromuscular dentistry. He used a tensing machine to relax my jaw so he could get my muscles into a comfortable position. He made me an appliance called an orthotic, which I wear 24/7. At first it was a bit awkward, but I fell asleep very fast and was very relaxed in the morning. I had no pain or discomfort in the morning as well. Day by day its better my jaw isn’t tight in the mornings, I’ve stopped clenching at night, and the dizzy spells are gone. I suffered from dizzy spells for over 6 months and in a month of wearing this orthotic there gone. My migraines are gone, I sleep so soundly, I don’t know but it just relaxes me. Its awesome! I’ve also noticed that I can feel all my teeth when I bite down. Before when I chewed or closed my mouth, I could never feel my left side touch. Its amazing! I am so very thankful, also grateful to Dr. Rose. He’s helped me immensely! I’ve suffered most of my childhood with this problem and its gone. I highly recommend Dr. Rose and his wonderful team. You guys are the best, I don’t know what I would of done with out you.

P.S. I’ve been keeping a diary from day one, and it amazes me how much has changed and how much relief has taken place in just a few months. I love my orthotic and cant live without it.
